When I arrived February 24-26, 2023 . I was excited on my drive because I couldn't wait to see the view of the beach . When I arrived and entered the room 2744, my smile immediately left . I did not have a view of the beach it was a view of Rooftops . There was cockroaches on the floor , hair all inside the tub , paint was peeling off the ceiling , also water damage and mold , furniture was falling apart and just left against the wall , it was very unsanitary, I also feel very inhumane , I went to speak with the front desk they said housekeeping will be right up , after a night out I returned to the room , housekeeping never showed up . I had to stop someone in the hallway just to get service . Then after speaking with them the next morning I was promised a $150 credit back to my account . Still never received those funds weeks later . Then when I call they explain it is in the value of $76.16 and needed to be used on the Premises . I have pictures , Videos , etc . I feel entitled to a full refund , I been very cordial and patient , I was willing to bite my tongue and take the $150 . Now I have an issue with everything and I would love Resolution because I didn't deserve any of that . I haven't traveled in 6 years . Resolution Sought I would appreciate a refund in full of $617.34
