I ordered a drum on December 11, 2025 and got a confirmation email with the order number 113897. They took payment out of my account for $265.53 on that day. Confirmation said I had free insured track shipping that I would get between three and five business days. Obviously this is January 7, 2026 and the item still has not came. I have contacted them through email several times and each time I get a fake tracking number and that it is in one state or another, but never comes to Iowa there is no phone number to contact them And I feel like I am just being put off and never going to get my item. I have asked for a refund, but there is no place to formally fill out a form for a refund, no phone number to talk to customer service. I don't even know where to start. Any tracking number they do give me It says it is an invalid number. The last item I received states that my item was picked up by USPS in Seattle Washington on December 30, 2025 but USPS tracking tells me there is NO ITEM. That is the last information I have . My local post office never answers their phone to ask them for any information. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund because they have not delivered my item and have taken the money out of my account.
