I had ordered a Christmas tree back on November 22nd and in all this time, haven't received it. I have been trying to contact them by both email and phone. The phone number is invalid and they aren't responding via email. I saw their store is in New York but while tracking it, it shows China and a weird name for the charge on my card - KHety. And at first the shipment was moving towards the states but then got sent back to china. I tried contacting my bank but they won't help. This is both frustrating and embarrassing because I feel i was scammed. Resolution Sought I would either like a refund or the tree I've been waiting on.
