Response for my complaint to Balsam Hill

Hi Douglas,

Thank you for getting back to us.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed because the top section of your two-year-old tree is not working. We also apologize if the previous representative keeps insisting that your tree has four sections. There was an oversight on this information, but we can confirm that your tree has three sections.

The top section replacement of your tree is currently out of stock, and for a temporary fix, we are providing you with light strands. We'll still request to have a top section sent out, but we'll have to check further when you'll receive it.

Since you've also requested for someone to call you, we've also asked one of our phone support to get in touch with you.
