Very poor customer service!!

I have had problems with my checking account. Due to my doing. I was told my account was on hold. Couldn't get in my online account. Talk to customer service then my bancfirst bank then they said I was on hold then told me again I was. This is due to someone I gave my info too. I go thru episodes of bipolar reason. I do things and can't remember I did them. I talk to a lady named Debbie that's all she told Debbie. She told me I would have to wait til next week before they decide what to do the lady that takes care of it was out till next week. As she is telling me she was so sarcastic and be little me like I was a child. She was rude!!!! This bank has the most snotty.. snobish.. don't care attitude and was condescending this left me in awe and why is she treating me this way. This is not right how I was treated. I know this is my doing. But a customer should enjoy their visit or call without judgement. This is not my first time dealing with them. Now I have to wait til next week to get help I know she was not truthful and just didn't eat to deal with it. I've been hung up on twice. I need this taken care of soon. It's my account and should not be treated with disrespected. Unsatisfied customer for this bank. She needs to be told that she needs customer service training? Better attitude with this bank. Try to be have better companion and not so snobby like their better than you. Gosh just retrain them on customer service.
