Took my SUV, Bobby. This work was suppose to be 100 insurance claim. He submitted a 900ish labor claim. Yet he charged us 1300 for labor. Anything extra should have been filed with a supplement claim. He new that, he new he was going to screw us over and did it anyways. 450 he charged me extra instead of filing a claim. He new state farm was not going to pay him 450 to go to the pick n pull so he screwed us. Now my car is short on the payment because of what he did. Never gave us any documentation after he said he would email us the info. Then it got lost according to him. Now he is saying he is going to get a lawyer for slander. You didn't give us paperwork like you said, so what exactly are we slandering? So According to state farm, this shop ordered a wheel and a steering gear and submitted in the claim but never did the work, that's 1,000 and change worth of parts and work that was not done. The Ford dealership had to order the same thing and actually did the work. Still hasn't paid anything back yet like he said he would. He is still posting false information. I have documentation to prove everything! Resolution Sought Would like for him to payback what he owes us. To be shut down as well.
