We got a car from them with payments had to take to the shop twice within a month first was for noises in front driver tire area. second was cause the car accelerate from 20 to 30 then 40 to 60 they said that it was my sons fault he was pressing the gas when he was not. Then Wednesday we had an accident cause it happened again and we called b&b again and they said there was nothing they could do. and they want proof it was the acceration problem. They were rude and hung up on us, and wants us to pay for the car still. Plus they did not let us pick our car. Plus Malibu are know for acceleration problems we found out after wards. Resolution Sought A new car, or our 1000 dollar trade in money. And we get to pick the car.

Company states: Customer purchased vehicle on 9/30/23. Went into ship on 10/17/23. Went in for accelerating. Could not duplicate customer's concern. But, found SI code for misfires cylinder #3. Replaced #3 coil and replaced spark plugs. Ran perfect. The customer was working. The shop drove, picked up and dropped off while customer was working. The customer has debt cancellation covered if vehicle is totaled. Customer has to pay $500 deductible.
