Very unprofessional, dirty shop, and tattooing and piercing people with no license . Not giving people back there deposits when he doesn't show up. Ripping people off. Resolution Sought Look into it. If someone owns a tattoo shop then legally they should have a tattooing and a piercing license. And a business license?
