Subfloor repair/fall 2018

Originally there were many delays in the process & it was completed almost a month behind schedule. Had to be redone in fall of 2019 with additional damage caused by the poor workmanship. Have filed a complaint with BCA on 1/22/20 seeking reimbursement of the new cost and no response from the company (B & G Home Improvements) as of 2/11/20.
