On May the 17th I took my car to this establishment because I was not getting air on the driver's side of the car nice and cold on the passenger. I left there the air was cold the next day it was back the same way. I took the car back to them 5 times. I left it once for 3 days with Ms. Sharon Wilson and was told they didn't know what was wrong. I spoke to a different manager Mr. Hamilton this 2nd time I took it on June 12th. He asked me to give him one last chance before I. Call Ford motor corporation. I did that they learned that I needed an air conditioner compressor. The compressor was covered fully by my extended warranty if this indeed was the problem. Then I don't think they they should keep my $900. They got paid twice for the same initial problem. Resolution Sought Fix my car and return my $900.
