I am an online student with SNHU and I recently signed up with Bankmobile for disbursements from my refund. As of last week Bankmobile has restricted my account and closed my account not disclosing any further information to me. I have been locked out of my account in which I cannot make any refund selection or any other disbursement preferences. I have been calling all week and no one has told me anything. I am thinking of going to a new school to avoid this issue with Bankmobile. I will also be filing further complaints. Resolution Sought Reinstate my account access so that I can choose refund and reimbursement options. I no longer am interested in having a bank account with Bankmobile

In March I transferred from Post University to Sinclair Community College, well both use bank mobile to disburse student refunds. Since I already had an account from my previous school I contacted Bank Mobile to verify how to set it up. Since then they have put a verification hold on my refund, due to an email error. The account they want me to verify is on an email that no longer is accessible due to the fact that Sinclair updated my information and changed the email. I have explained this to them several times, however they insist that I use this email to login to download a form from and then upload personal information that they actually already have on file. They will not even acknowledge that they ignored my request in March to resolve this issue and close the account from Post University. Now they are trying to hold my refund for 21 days and then send it as a check. It has been the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. They refuse to resolve the issue. Resolution Sought I would like to see Bank Mobile Vibe update my information and release the refund from Sinclair that they have themselves told me they are holding onto
