Mr. Banks of banks & associates has delivered a disservice based on the child support I hired him for. He charged $2500 the first round and we had this case dismissed by Manassas county court on Sept 22 2022 due to my ex wife failed to comply and submit her financials with the court. I then received letters from the child support agency on my front door where my ex back doored me and I sent these letters to Mr. Banks assistant Ms. Oliver via email. After I was garnished for my first payment in January 2023 I asked Mr. Banks why when I sent his assistant the documents I received from the child support agency to his office with ample enough time to intercept this and have my ex brought into court to find out what numbers she provided the child support agency! Mr. Banks responded that he had no knowledge of these letters I forwarded to his assistant Ms. Oliver and then charged me another $500 in May 2023 just to hear the judge say we have court on AUG 1 2023, mind you my daughter turned 18 on June 8 2023. When Aug 1 was coming around I emailed Mr. Banks office again stating I was caring for my 84 year old mother in Chicago and would not be in attendance for court! Nobody told me what the outcome was until I called today 8/14/23 & his wife Mrs. Banks gets on the phone to tell me since my daughter turned 18 the court dismissed the case ! Hey Mr. Banks still got another free $500 from me. I will also be filing a grievance with the supreme courts against Mr. Banks ASAP REFUND! Resolution Sought In my personal opinion Mr. Banks if nothing else needs to return the last $500 payment I made to him for this last Aug 1 2023 court date where nothing was heard or challenged or done. My ex got an promotion when she initially filed for support and therefore I was not charge the correct amount of monthly support because my attorney didn't contact her employer to request her current FORM50 As we both are government employees. This Law firm is in business now for a money grad with no results.
