I had a personal injury dispute with my apartment complex. Due to unkept property which caused the steps to break as I was walking. I reached out to Mr. Jones law firm to handle my case he accepted. I signed that contract. I have not been able to get ahold of Mr. Jones. I've reached out several different times every time I do. He indicates that he is still working on my case. I even try to release Mr. Jones of his responsibilities of representatives of representatives of reassured me that he was the man for the job and that he was working hard for me since that time he sent me a paper sometime last year stating that he had filed a court. Document but the document was blank the copy he sent me. There was no dates, no stamps and no signatures. I contacted Mr. Jones and asked him if this was a real court filing for my procedure. He stated, yes, he assured me. It was in fact authentic sensitive time. In twenty twenty two I have yet to Hear anything from Mr. Banks or associates? I would really like for my case to be resolved considering he took this case in 2020 maybe 2019 and I'm pretty sure that we are over the statue of limitations. I don't understand why he's misleading me and continues to avoid me when this is illegal matter. And he is a lawyer. So he knows the law much better than I if you could. Please help me in any way to assist me with rectify. My issue. I will greatly appreciated sincerely Britney. Dickson thank you so much for looking over my complaint. Resolution Sought I'm really like to have my case resolved. That is my desire outcome from reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. I have tried my best on my own. And I have not succeeded to get anywhere. I'm really tired of this dragon on. I've done everything on my part that I can. I don't know at this point if it's because of my gender or my race. I have exhausted all of my resources that I have on my own. At this point. This is the reason that I reached out to the better business bureau.

I have attempted for well over a year to work with and assist Ms. Dixon despite her petty insults and petulant behavior. She has now stooped to out and out material misrepresentations to your company such that when I once again tried to call her, she maintained this behavior. I am including her in this email so that she is immediately apprised of the termination of our representation and the imposition of a lien in her case. We will not tolerate this type of behavior nor would any professional member of the Bar be expected to tolerate such actions. I had initially sent the first correspondence in an attempt to once again inform and placate Ms . Dixon but after her continued behavior it is obvious, she is beyond help in this matter. Contact me if you have any questions, but our services to Ms. Dixon are to be terminated as soon as the Court allows our withdrawal. I will do nothing else other than what is required by law to finalize our termination of Ms. Dixon. She realized she had been caught in a lie and rather than apologize she chose to bull ahead and antagonize. It is regrettable but she could have avoided this simply by being honest and forthright with you as well as our office.

Scott Jones personally reached out to me Tuesday, November 21st at 4 PM. No when I answer the phone call Uncle Mr. Jones and foreinform me that he was looking at a couple from the Better Business Bureau, and he was upset that this was the second time that I have complained on him. The first time was on his website. The second time was With your company, the better business proceeded to start screaming at the top of his lungs and intimidate and threatening ray me at that time. I started recording Mr. Jones as he spoke to me very abruptly and harshly. I asked Mr. Jones. Why was he yelling? He told me because I had elfin peed him off. Now I try to release Mr. Jones from his duties a year and a 1/2 and assured me that he was the man for my case and that he would have my case worked out for me as far as this court proceeding. He is talking about. I have never seen any documents have any dates manufactured. Haven't even spoke to Mr. Jones in over a year. He asked me to bear with him. And to continue working on my case we agreed. I allowed that since that point I have yet to hear anything from Scott Jones. Now, after misrepresenting me, he wants to terminate me. I am being discriminated

We have reconciled our differences, and we have not successfully settled her case and she has signed a disbursement relative to the same. She seems very satisfied and indicated she has no complaints to make relative to our representation as this time.
