I made a purchase for three items- gold necklaces. On this order I specifically asked for sign upon arrival. I was only delivered one of the items in which I met and signed for the package. There was more than one package that was sent out using the same tracking number but I only received one item! I waited time after time for over 3 investigations only for the ups company to mark the package as damaged then cancel my investigation. I have multiple emails from Banter in which they have failed to cooperate and coordinate a figurative explanation to what happened to the remaining items. I still never received the other 2 necklaces and UPS has not identified my driver or information. Order# 10000962670861 Tracking#1Z60A30R030041868 Banter ticket# 771834 Resolution Sought I received a fiargano gold chain the remaining of my package is lost and I need a refund immediately.
