Purchased a new set of furniture on5/31/23. We're having problems with the furniture. Cushion & noise. As well as sagging material. The couch has warranty. Nobody wants to honor warranty. They are ignoring me. They have been very rude towards me over the phone and in person. Resolution Sought Replace and or refund. Or they can at least come and repair what is damaged.
