Bought a clipper set and I have received a confirmation but, not a tracking number. This order was placed on the 25 of January. I have since tried multiple different ways to contact someone in the office via email or phone. No one is ever picking up the phone , even though it's during business hours . Resolution Sought Send me my products or refund me in full .

Hello, Unfortunately, we are short-staffed and don't have phone support at the moment. However, you can reach us at info@barbernation.com, or on any of our social media accounts, like Instagram or Facebook. Your order is still being processed. We have upgraded the current TurboJet stock to have a superior vent design to increase airflow, which is the reason for the delays. Once your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking information. If you still wish to cancel, we need the order details so we can process a cancellation and refund.
