I purchased a human hair wig and the owner skipped pass the order. I constantly emailed and texted the owner about my order. The owner said that my order was refunded which was 4/02/2024. I have not received my refund still and the owner has blocked my phone number. Resolution Sought Please give me my refund of 486.90.

I ordered some perfume oils from this merchant I ordered 200 scents. I'm missing 110 scents I contacted the merchant several times and she has yet to resolve the issue whether sit be a refund or she just replaces my scents I didn't recieve. She is trying to make it seem like she doesn't make mistakes or is clueless about what's going on with my order. I asked her to check her cameras and she hasn't done it. She is discussing my business over tiktok lives and I find that very unprofessional. She barely responds to my text messages and doesn't respond at all to my emails. I've sent her videos and photos of proof showing I didn't receive all of my items.
