I called to make a payment (I have been getting several calls s day from Barclays which I have not been answering. Attempting to make a payment, I was asked to give them me name, last 4 of social security number, birthdate , address, last 4 of my debit card #, the entire # on my Barclays card, my phone # She then askede for the last 4 of my checking account and I refused. I asked her for her name and ID "Arl" #COEAE0" . I was placed on hold for a lengthy time twice, she then told me the account was closed but she could process the payment if I gave her the last 4 of my checking account. She put me on hold again and hung up on me. I never was able to make the payment. Resolution Sought Have an automated payment option And not put a client through so much to make a minimum payment.

Unauthorized credit pole I would like it removed. It was pulled on 10/24/2023. I have sent multiple letters and I've had no response. Resolution Sought I would just like it removed from my credit file.
