Unauthorized credit pole I would like it removed. It was pulled on 10/24/2023. I have sent multiple letters and I've had no response. Resolution Sought I would just like it removed from my credit file.

They keep calling me and emailing about a past due account. I have never had an account with this company. They keep asking for my date of birth and social security number in order for them to help me. I refuse to give them this since I don't have an account. Resolution Sought Since I don't have an account, never heard of this company and they keep calling but can't understand that I don't have an account. That they stop and if I have been hacked and I don't want my credit affected. I am concerned it's a scam
