The amount of money is not the issue. My issue is I've been coming to this business to get quarters to do my laundry. If I'm not doing my laundry inside of their laundromat, they will give me a roll of quarters in exchange for $10. I didn't notice the issue until after the third roll of quarters that I received. I went home after doing my laundry and spending four dollars, and I only had four dollars left in quarters, from the roll of quarters that they gave me. So I've been giving them $10 and they have only been giving me eight dollars in quarters. I went to the business after realizing this, I let someone know that work there, he told me that he can't take my word for it. After explaining to him that I did not have time to come and lie about two dollars, he gave me my two dollars and said that I cannot come back to the business for quarters as if I did something wrong. Resolution Sought Stop scamming people out of two bucks.

Company states; Manager at the business, as I was reading this review of Ms. Nicole's experience I can 100% say I am sorry for any inconvenience she may have had. However, I was the attendant at the time she came in and complained to directly. At our business we have coin machines for our customers to use inside the laundromat. Written on our machines it is clear we only have quarters for customers of the laundromat. We do however occasionally have rolled up quarters that we do not need at the time. We give those out to people not doing laundry. Now that you have the background I can get into the details of this specific incident, Ms. Nicole came in one day asking for $20 worth of quarters I handed her 2 rolls. She comes in the next week and asks for $10 worth I gave her a roll. About two hours after she returns telling me that a couple days ago she came in got a $10 roll used $4 of it and only had $4 left, she continues to show me the $4 of quarters in her hand. I stand there confused on why this wasn't addressed when she first came by earlier that day, also why is she showing me quarters right there if this problem happened two days ago? I tell her how was one roll $2 short if you got $20 that's 2 rolls it would be visibly noticeable if I gave you a roll of $10 and a roll of $8 that's 8 quarters less than the other roll. She stood there and didn't have an answer. I was busy so I didn't want to fight over $2 so I go and give her $2 of quarters and kindly tell her that I will give you $2 because of this complaint but, if this was a real problem two days ago you could've called then or even told me about it when you had came in for more two hours earlier. So i gave her the money that she said I owed which was $2 and ask her to not come back for quarters unless she is going to do laundry here at the laundromat. Now, I stand here reading this complaint where she says there were $8 in every roll she has bought from us, and I owe her $6? This is completely false and Ms. Nicole is very confused about the situation. I hope this case is appealed and Ms. Nicoles ability to complain about any small business, for an inconvenience that is nonexistent is revoked. Thank you so much.
