We contracted Adrian Bardwell the owner of Bardwell and sons property, llc in August of 2021. We signed the contract in September. The contract clearly stated that all work would be completed in February 2022. It is now July 2023, almost two years later the project is not completed. Furthermore, he had completely abandoned the project and stopped all communication with us. He has 95 percent of the project funds. At this point if we hired a new contractor, we would take a big loss. Resolution Sought I would like for him to finish the project he was contracted for.
