The spa is less then 3 months old and a problem already. They keep putting off to come fix , won't ask call very well. Poor customer service. I will be post all over Facebook and everything else. Resolution Sought Fix the problem now not after warranty is out.

I ordered a Swim Spa in Dec 2019 A 50 deposit was made. The company has been very difficult to reach by phone for a year, they don't return calls when messages are left. They still cannot give me a delivery date for the spa. Three weeks ago they agreed to give me a refund. Barefoot claimed they mailed my refund check on Friday 9/17/2021 via regular postal service. No check has been received. They have been dismissive about not sending the check in a manner that could be tracked. They claim they cannot refund my credit card because it's been over a year. Barefoot representative states it would take more than 30 days to put a stop payment on the check they claim they mailed almost 3 weeks ago. Resolution Sought I want my full refund promptly.
