Ordered 2 rugs from this company on October 6, 2021. Still have not received my order. Received an email stating that it was shipped via UPS on October 27, 2021. When I track is shows "Label Created". Has been showing this since October 27th. Label created apparently but never shipped. Have sent several emails requesting info on my order. They will not respond. Resolution Sought At this point I just want a refund.
