I have insurance on the building, i had called several times to let them to come fix my door on my shed, they still haven't came to fix nothing. Its been 2 weeks now. Resolution Sought Fix my door on my shed.

Good afternoon. We require additional information in order to resolve this issue. Our office was made aware of the issues to your door and we instructed you as to what needed to be done. However, in order to help you to our fullest extent, we will need to speak to you directly. Our office has made several attempts to contact you in the previous weeks to no avail. According to our records, one of our agents did make contact with you on 5/26/2022 at 11:07 AM (CST) and you terminated the call. Furthermore, it is important to note that we do not offer insurance on our units and advise our customers to get the structure covered under their homeowners policy and/or another private insurance firm. Please also keep in mind that the account must stay current if you wish to submit a repair order to get the issue resolved. As of today the account is currently 29 days overdue. We can be reached directly at (270) 804-7501.

I orginally submitted a work oder since last month when i was caught up. I have text messages and pictures from the last previous guy who i was talking to. Its been more than a month ive been waiting for someone to come out and fix it. You want your money well i want my door fixed
