Major cleaning and overhaul of the bathrooms.

The conditions in the restrooms here are deplorable. There were no toilet paper in the stalls also no hand towels to dry your hands after washing. There was feces on the floor and toilet along with urine stains. They need to be shut down. (Philadelphia PA location)

Really disappointed this book was not signed like promised

On March 27th I ordered the book by Jill Biden "Where the light enters building a family discovering myself" when I ordered it was indicated that because I preordered this book that the book would be personally be signed by Jill. I am totally disappointed that when I received this book it was not signed. I ordered through the store not online and I questioned the fact that it would be signed. Order # 6081588214/BM2944404871. I won't have ordered this book otherwise so I am assuming the error was made at the bookstore from which I preordered.
Will think long and hard before I order other books from Barnes and Noble, which is something I have done a few times previously.
