Rawaa Alsoufi took money for a wedding dress and alterations that I never received. She would not schedule a dress fitting for me (as previously arranged), and only offered to ship the dress. Rawaa would not allow me to see the dress in person or by photograph. I had no proof alterations were preformed or if the dress was correct. After offering to refund my money, she went no contact. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $3286.
