Sales person was Alfred. The beds were delivered as they appeared in the store, but the mattresses were not what we saw on "Display". We said that we did not want folded mattresses and it was exactly what they gave us. They are still folded in their own boxes. In addition, the interests were not as we had been told. They are charging us 29.99%. Resolution Sought I just want to return the matrtresses for a refund.

Gonzalez family visited our store several times shopping for beds and mattresses. Customers made their purchase and received exactly what they purchased - exact matching model numbers, exact matching models as they viewed in store - all from a major national manufacturer. Customer picked up their purchase, inspected their order ( mattresses were in the same sealed manufacturers packaging ) then had in home for several days before contacting the store to say she changed her mind and didn’t care for the way her mattress was packaged by the manufacturer ( Ashley Furniture ). There is no manufacturer defect, no store returns, no store refunds and customer read/signed all contracts stating these terms. Customer secured financing with their choice of company ( Synchrony Financial ), viewed/read/signed all contracts with Synchrony. Customer is responsible for paying in a timely manner to avoid penalties, loss of promotional financing, etc. We encourage the customer to contact Synchrony to discuss her account. Every aspect of the customers purchase was explained, contracts were provided/read and signed by customer.

Consumer states: I made the purchase in store with the model that was displayed. I let them know that I did not want a folded mattress. The mattress came folded. I need a return. The financing was supposed to be at 4.9% and on my statement it says 30%.

The customer never stated they wanted mattresses packaged a certain way, furthermore - the store display states that the mattress is packaged exactly how they received it. The customer inspected the mattresses upon pick up and did not complain then either and signed that merchandise was received in perfect condition. Customer custom ordered these mattresses in the sizes they wanted and received them and we are not willing to refund when there is no error on our or manufacturers part. Customer received everything they purchased from us, exactly how it was supposed to be. Customer has a promotional interest rate of 0 provided they pay their obligations as agreed with Synchrony. Once again, we encourage the customer to read the contracts and contact Synchrony if they have questions.
