Casino site is withholding my money because they say they can't read my I'd. I've sent them 10 copies. Resolution Sought I want them shut down or my money back.

On May 20, 2022, John Reiff initiated a withdrawal for $18.52. An email was sent advising that a selfie of John holding an active government ID was needed to process the withdrawal. John submitted the document, but it could not be accepted due to the document only being a picture of the ID, not a selfie of John holding the ID. This was disclosed to the player and a link was given to John to re-upload the document. During the conversation, John became hostile, using profanity towards the Player Experience Representative that was assisting him. Attached is a copy of the conversation. During the conversation, John stated he would file with PayPal and at this time, there has been a chargeback that has been filed against Barstool Sportsbook for $16 through PayPal. John's account will remained locked at this time, and the funds will remain pending until the chargeback is dropped or settled with PayPal.
