As your office is aware, your dumpster servicing at 41717 Silver Valley Road, in Newberry Springs, is trespassing on my vacant land parcel to the east, APN 0515-151-60. I have complained, to no avail. On 1/25/21, I called the Barstow Burrtec office and spoke to Janice, requesting that the dumpster be removed from my property. When no action was taken, I again called Janice on 2/1/21, she said the dumpster would be removed from my adjacent property by Thursday. When I went by this location yesterday, I noted that your trespassing dumpster was still on my property, adjacent to the Archibek residence. When I called your Burrtec office and spoke to Cassandra about this issue, she could not have been obviously less interested. Resolution Sought Remove your dumpster from my property described above. While I'm not charging you rent for past occupancy, I may consider daily rental demand if you cause me to take you to small claims court, plus a claim for emotional distress.
