We been a customer sorry about 5 years. The state of vt had a tank inspection that resulted in needing a tank. I also agreed in having them send me an invoice for a tank replacement. Moving forward. They told me in person that my tank was fine however I needed to have a copper line replaced before they delivered. They came in and fixed and replaced the line. Then I followed up with a cleaning. A agreement moving forward for all my billing was They had permission to take 87 dollars bi weekly. This was agreement via phone and the statement show as such in my bank account. This December after having my bank card compromised several times with one credit. I called them to update my bank card. Then asking would you please fill my tank. They stated they could t because they had red flagged my tank. I then called the state asking them for what reason did they give for red flagging my tank and not doing a delivery. They called me back and told me that they stated my tank was leaking rusted and dented. Rusted yes but leaking and dented no. The woman in the office was very rude. Her demeanor was horrible she took this to a level of personal. They ignored my emails. I was able to get a tank voucher by the state. I had another oil company come in and inspected my tank. My tank passed they stated they would of passed it another 3 years. Then I took pictures of the tank and sent it to the state so I was able to have the red flagged removed. Resolution Sought Barts took the remaining money out of my account without my permission. As agreed 87 was all they had permission to take however after everything they did. I emailed them stating they had no longer have permission to take funds out of my account u til this is resolved. This was on the 7th on the 9th they took the remaining of almost 300 dollars put of my account . I emailed them asking them why they have not responded. I have been fighting with my bank asking why they were allowed
