I want a formal apology.

On 3/22/19 I was at Target in broadcasting square in Reading PA I shopped and I was done shopping so I called BARTA door to door service transportation. I'm disabled I cannot walk I use a motorized scooter to get around during the time I called to be picked up my scooter battery died I was closer to Weis which is a feed store down to charge my scooter. So that's what I did I was in panic mode BARTA was trying to call me to tell me the bus is at Target I did not hear the phone call. They called me twice I was looking up toward Target and I seen the BARTA bus so I got my phone out of my jacket and called BARTA to tell them what happened to me and that I'm at Weis market. I talked to a woman and told her I see the bus pulling off can you tell that bus where I'm at. Well it didn't happen now I'm really in panic mode because a few months back I was left at the reading hospital, they refused to send me another bus I had to drive my scooter home. The distance from A-B was a distance, my scooter died because of the distance I had to travel. I had to manually pedal with my good leg home and I complained about that incident with a result of "I'm sorry" this happened to you. Now this time whoever this woman was who was talking to me she talked to me like I was her child she accused me of being a liar saying she said to me why should I send u a bus? You're not going to your next appt your going home I was to mad to argue so I was brought home. They need a class on how to talk to people.
