Bartlett's came out last October to trim a large walnut tree. They have not completed the service and there is quite a bit of deadwood left on it. We were promised they would come out and finish the job. We don't live in spokane at the moment but when we come over to check the house it still looks horrible and unfinished. There is a safety hazard for both us and our neighbors Resolution Sought Convince Bartlett's to finish the job we paid for
