One complainant alleges paying extra for priority shipping of a CD player found on E-bay. The unit did not arrive until 30 days later, and was defective. The complainant shipped the unit back by priority mail. The replacement unit received was also defective. The complainant requested a refund of the unit price plus priority mail charges. The company responded by advising the customer he should have asked for a RMA number, and refused to reimburse him for the mailing costs. The customer was not satisfied.
