I met with a sales manager at the Independence Bass Pro Shops in Missouri. I was promised and had a signed agreement of how the boat would be taken care of and was not even close to what I as agreed upon. I purchased a $1500 dollar 3 step protective coating to be applied to the boat and it was not, was told that cosmetic issues would be fixed such as screw cap covers, the faded fiberglass and chipped motor paint. Non of these things were done and there service department fraudulently signed off on the boat. Also the steering lines had not been bled causing a huge safety issue. Huge disappointment considering Johnny Morris advertises quality and this was absolutely not quality. Resolution Sought I desire the boat to be complete to the signed agreement and sales tax to be since they have caused additional fees to acquired after 30 days and first two payments covered while the boat is being repaired. OR for the dealership to buy the boat back from me and return my down payment.
