I paid for my pet to receive X-rays and rather than showing me professional. The vet shows X-rays on his phone that were not clear at all. The receptionist has acted disrespectful and hung up on me over the phone. The receptionist was very rude to me when I went in on my appointment also and it just has added anxiety to my situation with my pet dog. My dog is severely sick with an phenomena and I needed my records sent to me and the receptionist added rude note lying saying I was loud and rude on my pets Medical records. Resolution Sought I would like to get a refund for my X-rays I paid for because I didn't get a copy of them or shown on a projector , what I got was a glance from the vets personal cell phone...
