I placed an order back on December 1, 2023. Most of my items were never delivered I have called multiple times and everyone just kept saying that my items would be shipped. I then received partial of my items and today I called them for the remainder of my items and they told me that since it's been 90 I am unable to get a refund or my items. How does a company have the right to steal money from a Consumer. I am not asking. For anything I have not paid I would like my money or my items I don't think it's fair that they kept my items and my money. Resolution Sought I would like my items or my money back.

A gift card was bought in store and given to my daughter. When she went to use it the balance was zero and they said it was already used. It was not used and the scratch off pin number had not been scratched off yet. They cant tell me where it was used and told me to contact law enforcement in my city, which is a laughable response because nothing will be done. They have no security features so they just take your money and give you a card that has zero fraud protection. I have no idea how someone could use it without the physical card unless they are selling multiple cards with the same number. This is not the first time this has happened and they dont seem to care at all. I have the receipts for proof of everything. My daughter had already picked out her stuff and was so excited just to be disappointed and leave with nothing. I felt so bad. This is her favorite place to shop but having this happen to us more than once has gotten ridiculous. Previously i just took the loss because its time consuming to get it fixed but now im pissed because i contacted them and was basically told they cant do anything. Resolution Sought I want the money we put on the card, new gift card.
