I place an order on 9/12/23 with bath and body works and they took a payment of $15.14 for an online pick up i live in south Carolina and they place my order for pick up in Atlanta GA almost a 4 hour drive and being disrespectful towards me about my money and order they missed up. Resolution Sought I want my full refund and don't want to do business with them anymore.

This complaint is in regards to an online order I placed via the Bathandbodyworks.com website on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 12:07 AM. Business Consumer Alliance, my initial confirmation email reflects the correct order date (Tuesday, August 16th, 2022). Unfortunately, nine hours later on Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 at 0907 AM Bath and Body Works sent me an email stating my online order is ready for pick-up. However the Order Date was modified to reflect Monday, August 15th, 2022. BCA, I have spoken to two Bath and Body Works Customer Service Representative in regards to this issue. BCA, could you contact the merchant to ensure their Technical Support has conducted a thorough investigation to determine why the order date was modified on my Bath and Body Works online order?
