Over 3 weeks ago the salesman measured the tub and I gave him a deposit. Another guy came to install. He said He could not put in due to the wall backing. I have called and they have not found a way to do this. I want my money back since thawing product will not fit and they cannot get one that does. My son-in law called today and got he same run a round. I Am 76 yrs. old and I need this done. Resolution Sought Please get my refund.
