Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. BathFitters installed a Tub/Shower in my house. The water temperature was not set properly. BathFitters sent out another Installer to check. That installer found that the cylinder in the original install was faulty. That installer replaced the piece and checked water temperature. I have taken four (4) baths. The water temperature is still only lukewarm. The second installer had stated that if I wanted the water temperature changed. I would have to contact a plumber to do it. I enjoyed hot baths for twenty (20) years before this install. The Veterans Affairs requires that I take baths for my condition. The only thing hot about the bath, has been me after finding a tub full of lukewarm water. I can not soak. I have had too get in and get out quickly. I am a Disabled Veteran and senior citizen living on a fixed income. I can not afford too call a plumber to adjust my water heater. As the second installer advised. The shower/tub is beautiful. The water temperature is ridiculous.(end) Resolution Sought I would like BathFitters to get the problem corrected. I do not understand why I should have additional expenses. I can not afford too correct a problem I did not have before the BathFitters installation.(end)
