They were unprofessional. Never showed up when they were suppose to. They left a mess in my driveway and left a mess in the basement after they changed out pipes. They were to finish the work last spring. I have called and texted several times as they said they ordered a transition piece for the bathroom. They never get back to me. I can't finish my bathroom. I am very upset. Resolution Sought I want them to get my transition price to me.

Per consumer: I had made a complaint in January regarding Bath Planet. They have FINALLY responded. They came out and brought out the transition piece that I have been waiting for for 10 months. It sounds like the new manager is trying to clean up the staff that was not doing their job. James, the new manager was very good and acted on my complaints. I feel like this issue has been resolved. Thank you!
