I had the salesman from bath planet (Robert), come and give me a quote on putting in a shower in my basement bathroom, I told him what I wanted done because I had some back ups from my ejector pump in my basement twice and had another pipe break and all of the issues flooded the bathroom and there was mold on the drywall at the floor level. I told Robert I was going to tear all the drywall out and start from scratch, he told me not to tear out anything in the shower area and on one certain wall, he assured my wife and I that his installers would take care of the all of the problems, and he would make a note in the contract. The bad part was I believed him. It did not happen and the bath planet installers installed their product over the top of the mold and didn't replace some of the drywall that Robert assured me they we going to take care of! The horrible part about this is I was going to take everything out myself but he told me not to. Now I'm stuck paying 16,500 dollars and have a job the was halfway done that I have to go redo because I was an idiot by trusting a business that clearly prays on their customers! Resolution Sought Either finish the job per what the salesman assured me what was going to be done or refund all the money and come get their product they installed!
