Customer Complaint

Contract was signed on 08/07/21 by myself and bath planet of Atlanta to upgrade my bathroom shower. The cost was $9480.00. I give a deposit of $4,500.00. The contract stipulated that the work will be completed in 8-12 weeks. I called bath planet on the 7th of November 2021. They said the materials are not in as yet. I called a week after and the same answer. The next week i requested a refund. They refuse to give it back. Resolution Sought A return of my deposit of $4,500.00.
