Signed an e-contract on May 28, 2022 to have one day tub removal and shower installation. The contract stated that completion would be 4-6 weeks. Made a deposit to get job started. July 9th a 2 man crew showed up and removed tub, installed shower and we were told that they did not have the door to complete the job. When done that day they took accurate measurements so that the door could be manufactured. That was not part of the deal. The door was to be installed same day. Upon calling Bath Planet for an explanation we got a major run around and we were told that they would fast track the manufacturing of the door and please give them 10 days - 2 weeks. Got a call from Central Illinois Glass and he confirmed measurements and told us he would have the door installed in 10 days-2 weeks. That's the last contact with anyone and still no shower door. We really needed this done quickly because my wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. her doctors stated that she needed her own shower because of the body fluids could be harmful to other people in the house. Resolution Sought Finish the job.
