I ordered a Steam shower / Jetted Tub almost 6 months ago and they keep giving me different excuses on why it hasn't been shipped out yet also they said they would give me a discount on the unit and I haven't seen it come into my account yet and it has been 30 days for that. Resolution Sought I want my refund and my unit shipped out to me.
