I purchased a brand new a/c unit in January of 2024 , paid in full , with a 10 year warranty. The unit is broken and they will not send the needed part to my contractor to fix , they keep giving him a runaround. This has been going on for almost 2 months now . I have no a/c in my house. Resolution Sought Send the part ASAP. or return my money for the unit in full witch is $5900.
