Baton Rouge water works employees are rude and disrespectful. This is they third time turning my water off 3 days before this disconnect date causing and big inconvenience and not willing to do anything about it and charging me a reconnect fee and have to pay the full bill. They haven't let me use a check to pay my bill in over 4 years. Resolution Sought Investigate the situation and credit my days back.
