On June 8, I ordered three M18 replacement batteries from Batteriesup.com (shipping address: 25752 W. 143RD STREET PLAINFIELD Illinois US 60544) The transaction was charged against my VISA card on June 11. The order id from batteriesup.com is UP34598. On June 14, I was notified that order UP34598 was delivered. Unfortunately, something was delivered, but it was not what I ordered. On June 14, I sent the following email to batteriesup. You did NOT deliver the batteries I ordered. Please credit my card with the purchase price and send a RMA and shipping label so that I can return the items you sent. Batteries up replied Dear customer May I have some photos of the battery you received? Yours sincerely, https://www.batteriesup.com/ I sent them a photo but I received no reply. On June 15, I sent another email stating that I expected instructions on how to return the product, that I expect my credit card to be credited, and that I will get the product elsewhere. The company responded with return instructions that included me paying shipping for a product I didn't order. I responded that I wanted a prepaid shipping label sent to me and reiterated that I did not want their product because I got it from another vendor. I have received no response so I sent another email repeating what I wanted. It is now June 26th and I have had no further communication from batteriesup. They have my money but I don't have the product that I ordered. Hence, they have stolen Resolution Sought I would like A) a prepaid label to return the incorrect batteries and B) a refund of my $123.99 credited to my VISA card (or any other form of refund)
