Battle Miles an online virtual race experience announced a site wide 50 off sale on gear and races. After the sale they announced they were discontinuing the races to which I bought gear for to complete and continue to participate on a monthly basis. They never announced the sale as a discontinued sale. That the races would be a "last call" situation. It was extremely misleading and disappointing. Resolution Sought Refund my money for gear and write a disclosure telling customers all details of race qualifications. Example: the fact that everyone has to compete against each other means Male, female, young, old, short distance runners and ultra runners are all grouped together.
