My significant others phone had cracked, instead of buying a whole new phone we took it to Bauer computers to get the screen replaced. Not only is the screen still not working, he shattered the back of the phone which is glass, and refuses to fix it the right way or give us our refund. Resolution Sought Either give me my $200 back plus the taxes or fix my screen, which is beyond fair.
