Customer Complaint

We purchased a used Lincoln Navigator from Bavarion Imports with an agreement that they would repair the brake line and power steering before we drove it home. That was on September 16, 2021. The owner said it was repaired and we drove it half a day after 1 week post purchase and the brakes gave out and we had an accident. The accident report substantiated the brakes went out. The dealer said it was repaired but took it back to repair again. It is now November 13 and we still do not have our vehicle. The dealer refuses to give our money back. He rarely answers the phone when we call. He keeps saying the vehicle is still being worked on. He has tried to convince us to take itger vehicles that are in much worse shape. At this point we just want our money back and based on the Alabama Lemon Law we are entitled. Resolution Sought Return our money or allow us to take the vehicle to the mechanic of our choice and oay for the repairs to the original request.
