My sliding glass door handle lock is warranty is 10 years called this company 4 months ago to replace I received 1 call from them to say they would replace handle Ewell that was 4 months ago I'm 75 years old and my door has a stick to keep it locked I've called them every 2 weeks and get same answer ill have them call me no calls nothing I need this replaced its just not safe I just want it fixed thank you Resolution Sought Fix or replace door lock handle

We responded to the call as soon as we received it. When we arrived at the home, the lock was off the door, dismantled, and missing parts. This is not the way we left the door when we installed it in March of 2018. There is not a 10-year warranty on the door. It has a lifetime warranty. We have spoken to the manufacturer, and they have finally agreed to send a replacement lock without charging the customer. As soon as the lock comes in, we will install it.
